So what is Perfactive?
This is a tool allowing you to benefit from a waiting list and/or an online calendar. But then what does this consist of?
Waiting list
The “Waiting List” function is completely free!
Patients have to go online and search for Perfactive, then they arrive at a page asking them who their practitioner is. 
They enter your name and then land on your waiting list page which you can modify and personalize. You can add a description on the page.
You can also filter the reasons for registration and offer as many as necessary.
It is also possible to put additional questions, in addition to those concerning the identity of the patient as well as his guardian in the case of a minor.
Each patient registered on the waiting list benefits from a patient file which brings together all the information they filled out in the registration form. Big time saving at the administrative level during the anamnesis of the assessment!
A messaging system allows you to communicate with the patient. A comments area only for the practitioner is also available to annotate and add any other information. It is possible to schedule a reminder email to the patient every X months to confirm their retention on the waiting list.
Online calendar
The first thing to do to configure your calendar is to define the appointment time slots. In the image above, they appear light gray. So, when booking online, patients will not have access to times that you have not defined. On the practitioner side, it will always be possible to add appointments outside of these time slots exceptionally. We can then schedule appointments. A recurrence is possible so that the appointments are repeated for X weeks.
It is then necessary to define the reasons for consultation as well as the reasons for absences. Absences allow you to block a specific time slot, thus preventing appointments from being made in this area. It is possible to choose different colors for all these patterns in order to better find your way around the diary. Absences also make it possible to link the professional calendar and the personal calendar by displaying personal information on the schedule (without patients being able to see it).
Each patient has a personal page on which you can find all the administrative information, dates and times of past, canceled and future appointments. It is also on this page that we will be able to send the patient the link to their appointments page.
On their personal page, the patient can thus have access to the list of their appointments, so no more excuses of “I didn’t know there was an appointment!” ". If online booking is open, the patient can make an additional appointment if they wish. It is also from this page that he can cancel an appointment.
Cancellations can be blocked from a certain moment (12 hours maximum before the consultation for example). Online reservations may also be prohibited X amount of time in advance so as not to be caught off guard. In all cases, as soon as a modification occurs on the patient's agenda, you will be notified by email. Concerning cancellations, it is possible to require justification from the patient at the time they cancel the session. If you are the one canceling the session, you can also mention this.
Online booking is also customizable since it is possible to turn it ON or OFF. In OFF, patients will not be able to make an appointment and the online agenda will only be visible to the practitioner. Patients will still be able to access their appointment list despite everything. It is therefore possible to put the reservation online in ON only for holiday periods, which are always a little difficult to fill. It is possible to restrict certain time slots for online reservations or for certain patients.
It should be noted that the Perfactive calendar can be synchronized with the Apple calendar.
